ADVERTISEMENT OF ADMINISTRATION CLERK POST
The South African Consulate General in Munich is looking for a fully bilingual English and German speaking Administration Clerk.
Requirements:
• Three years relevant post-school qualification
• 3 years of experience in an administrative, financial and managerial capacity
• Computer skills in all basic Microsoft Office Applications
• A valid residence and work permit in Germany
• A valid driver’s license
Duties include:
• Office administration and Human resource matters
• Responsible for customs documents and clearance
• Deal with protocol related matters
• Monitor suppliers performance and contract adherence
• Responsible for maintenance and drafting maintenance plan
• Assist with the preparation of budget and monthly financial statements
• Management of the petty cash
• Records management
• Performs various secretarial functions as required, e.g. making travel and accommodation arrangements
• Assist with procurement process
• Stocktaking of government owned assets and continuously updates the Mission’s inventory
• Operate and manage office equipment
• Perform minor handyman duties

Salary: (minimum) € 32011 - € 48049 (maximum), depending on experience & qualifications.
