SA Minister of Higher Education Pandor in Berlin -

During her Working Visit to Berlin, Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Naledi Pandor meets with Mr Thomas Rachel, Parliamentary State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and Mr Günter Nooke, BMZ’s Commissioner for Africa and the German Chancellor’s Personal Representative for Africa in the BMZ, respectively. Minister Pandor will deliver a key note address entitled “Higher Education for Critical Enablers” at the 9th Network Meeting for Centres of African Excellence, hosted by DAAD.
