Job Advertisement: Administration Clerk - South African Consulate General in Munich
The South African Consulate General in Munich is looking for a fully bilingual English and German speaking Administration Clerk.
Requirements:
- Three years relevant post-school qualification
- 3 years of experience in an administrative, financial and managerial capacity
- Computer skills in all basic Microsoft Office Applications
- A valid residence and work permit in Germany
- A valid driver’s license
Duties include:
- Office administration and Human resource matters
- Responsible for customs documents and clearance
- Deal with protocol related matters
- Monitor suppliers performance and contract adherence
- Responsible for maintenance and drafting maintenance plan
- Assist with the preparation of budget and monthly financial statements
- Management of the petty cash
- Records management
- Performs various secretarial functions as required, e.g. making travel and accommodation arrangements
- Assist with procurement process
- Stocktaking of government owned assets and continuously updates the Mission’s inventory
- Operate and manage office equipment
- Perform minor handyman duties

Salary: (minimum) € 32.011 - € 48.049 (maximum), depending on experience & qualifications.
