SA Artists Selected for World's Most Significant Contemporary Art Exhibition documenta 14

SA artist Tracey Rose and the all-female Art Collective iQhiya have been selected to exhibit at the world's most significant contemporary art exhibition, documenta 14, taking place in Athens (first) and then in Kassel from 10 June to 17 September 2017! Tracey Rose, who was born in 1974 in Durban and currently lives and works in Johannesburg, was named one of the 50 greatest cultural figures coming out of Africa by The Independent newspaper in London, UK in 2006 and has since established on the international art scene. iQhiya is a network of young black female artists based in Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa, specialising in a broad range of artistic disciplines including performance art, video, photography, sculpture and other mediums. http://www.documenta14.de/en/public-exhibition/
