Minister George H. Johannes was nominated to represent the Republic of South Africa as Ambassador to the Swiss Confederation, the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Holy See with residence in Berne, Switzerland. The Swiss Confederation, the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Holy See agreed to the appointment of H.E. George Johannes as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. Ambassador Johannes will present his credentials to the mentioned countries in due course.
