The South African Consulate General in Munich is looking for a fully bilingual English and German speaking permanent Administration Clerk position
Position: Administrative Clerk
REQUIREMENTS:
• 12 years schooling
• 3 years of experience in an administrative and finance environment
• Computer skills in all basic Microsoft Office Applications
• A valid residence and work permit in Germany
DUTIES: The incumbent of this position will responsible for the following:
- Office administration
- Procurement of goods and services
- Assist with protocol related matters
- Responsible for customs documents and clearance
- Inventory and Asset Management
- Assist with the preparation of budget and monthly financial statements
- Monitoring and maintenance of supplier database and contract adherence
- Performs various secretarial functions as required, i.e. making travel and accommodation arrangements for delegations
- Records management

Remuneration: Salary: €31 399 - €39 491 p/a
The salary will be determined within the above range depending on your qualifications and years of appropriate experience.
