Visit of Executive Mayor of Buffalo City Metro, Eastern Cape

The Executive Mayor of Buffalo City Metro, Eastern Cape,  Ms Zukiswa Ncitha paid a courtesy call on the Minister Plenipotentiary Ms Cassandra Mbuyane-Mokone at the Embassy of the Republic of South Africa in Berlin, Germany on 17 January 2012.  The Executive Mayor accompanied by a delegation was in Germany to discuss the signing of a MoU with the city of Oldenburg in the Federal State of Lower Saxony .
